We sell hair salon robes and related items.
All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We do our best to ensure all information is accurate, but errors may occur.

We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Payments must be made using the methods displayed at checkout. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

We ship within the United States and internationally.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Duplet LLC is not responsible for delays once an item is handed to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address are non-refundable.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy is as follows:

• Items must be in brand-new, unused condition and in original packaging.
• A $20 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Photo proof of the defect is required.
• Defective items may be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost to you.

We do not accept returns on:

• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use
• Items returned without original packaging
• Unauthorized returns

International customers are responsible for:

• Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
• Ensuring the product is legal in their country
• Providing accurate delivery information

We are not responsible for customs delays or fees.
